This 6-bedroom 5.5-bath home that can accommodate up to 15 guests comes with a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful and wide living spaces, a stunning dining area, a pool table in the basement lounge, a fire pit, tons of outdoor games, two laundry rooms and a grill to enjoy a family BBQ. The house is less than a 15 minute drive to Downtown Asheville and less than a 20 minute drive to the Biltmore Estate! There are tons of amazing hiking trails nearby including Pisgah National Forest. Summary: We stayed for two days and it was an amazing location and property! Biltmore is only 25 mins from this property and not too far from the grocery store if you’re planning on grilling. Has a huge pool and hot tub with a beautiful view of the mountains. Couldn’t have asked for a better engagement property!

Summary: We had an amazing time with 16 of us—6 kids and 10 adults! It was super spacious and exceeded expectations! The moment we walked in, we could tell it was really clean and recently renovated. It felt like the owners use this space for their own family gatherings, with the added bonus of being a rental. It truly felt like home, and we had everything we needed, including a high chair and playpen! Kids had their own floor to play which was great. We used the pool and hot tub. Also, while the location was fantastic—only a 10-minute drive to downtown. The property had some spices, tons of clean, new utensils and cups. We were all so happy with our stay! For cons, only a couple things: When we arrived, the cleaners' car was running, which gave us a bit of a spooky vibe since they weren't actually in the house. I ended up waiting outside with the baby and kids while my husband checked things out to make sure everything was safe. Overall, I highly recommend this place

Summary: The property was so large and clean! I booked the property for a reunion of 9 professional women. There are enough beds/bedrooms that only 4 of us had to bunk up. The windows were HUGE and gave the best views, no matter where you are in the home. The kitchen is spacious and was where we hung out the most. There are plenty of pots, pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, baking dishes and two coffee makers. There is plenty of parking--we had 4 cars, one of which was an electric car that charged in the garage. There was plenty of parking since the drive is giant and at the end of a cul-de-sac. The charger was one through which you pay to charge after scanning a QR code. The charger worked seamlessly the first night, but I couldn't get it to work the second night as it appeared "offline" no matter what I did. But the property manager was on top of things and if I truly needed to charge I felt confident I could have reached out to them for immediate assistance. The neighborhood was lovely. From inside the home, not a single outside noise could be heard. Sitting on the back balcony you'll hear the rush of morning traffic but not to the point where we didn't enjoy our coffee there. The pool and hot tub were clean and were also enjoyed by our group. We didn't use any of the TVs, so I can't comment on those. Overall, you'll need more than two nights at this beautiful home to enjoy all of it. I hope to reserve it again.

Summary: Very clean and nice home located not too far from downtown Asheville! Plenty of room for a larger group and plenty of sleeping space. Really enjoyed the updated kitchen amenities and the outdoor pool and hot tub! Great place for a larger group looking to relax with great views.
