Positive: Everything was spot on. 4 large double rooms, all with seperate bathroom shower rooms and great size living space. Pool was great size and the location is perfect, with a taxi rank just outside. Kemal was a great host and let us check in early and extend late, was extremely responsive and gave an extensive list of recommendations close by. Would love to return

Positive: Everything, beautiful garden and great sized pool. Bedrooms were great size and property was central to the shops and restaurants. Kemal was the perfect host, adding special touches for our hen party and always on hand and providing support before and during the stay. 10/10 and will definitely return.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous villa. Kemal (the host) was extremely helpful and kept in touch with us throughout our stay, checking we had everything we needed. With the added bonus of having Netflix, which was brilliant.

Positive: The villa was modern and clean, Kemal was responsive .
Negative: In the main building, there are two standard master bedrooms and one tiny bedroom. Additionally, there is one detached master bedroom in the backyard. Although we were a group of four couples, the villa would best fit three families. Unfortunately, there was construction going on in the neighborhood, which made beach access a bit difficult. However, Kemal was responsive and tried his best to meet our needs. If I ever return to Bodrum, we would prefer to stay in the Marina area .

Positive: The villa owner met us to give us keys, even though it was late at night. He was very friendly, helpful and on call if needed. The villa is clean and spacious with modern facilities (including good wifi and Netflix etc). Villa is very secure behind locked gates and relatively private. It is very close to shops and restaurants etc. We had a car but in truth could easily have coped without. The villa has three double bedrooms and also sofa beds downstairs. We slept 7 adults comfortably. There is also a self contained room at the rear of the property which has a bunk bed. As adults we did not want to use the bunk beds and found the room to be a bit uninviting and antisocial for a group. You would not want to put young children in this room as it is not directly accessible from within the house.
Negative: The separate bedroom was not ideal. The pool was a bit bracing but it is the end of September so this is not a complaint as such.
