Summary: The unit was a nice place with regard to the amenities and location; however, upon arrival one of the drawers was broken (we had a hard time getting into the drawer to retrieve the extra utilities to cook) and the ottoman was found in the closet with broken legs. Please be aware that if you plan on using this for a 4 person get-away for longer than 2 days be prepared to bring extra pool towels, dishwasher tablets and using the bar counter as your dining room table. The clock on the wall had a dead battery, as well as the rest of the remotes. The balcony is quite small, again only for 2 people. The unit doesn’t have any extra towels, blankets or pillows and there were no instructions of who to call in case of emergency, information or supplies on site.

Summary: Apartment was fine for our needs, the kitchen could be better stocked but it was clean and directions to property were very thorough, that was helpful. Didn't get a chance to use the amenities in building so can't share an opinion on those. Overall, if you need a place to stay for a night or 2 this was pretty decent.

Summary: Lovely property. We had fun by the pool and in the game room. There’s free coffee in the common area as well. The host was very accommodating and kind. Spacious kitchen, nice TVs. Slightly complicated check in process but they do their best to help you through it. AC control, nice porch to sit on and get some sun. Great location for activities too!

Summary: Excellent location if in town for an event at the Tinker House, just one building in between. The apartment was nice and spacious with a huge island bar and master bedroom has a big walk-in closet. Would definitely stay here again. Check-in was pretty easy and let us check in early. Only issue was having trouble getting door open when first arrived and took about 10 minutes to get ahold of someone.
