This house has been recently renovated to turn it into the perfect vacation rental. It is spacious, stylish, modern, quiet, and very reasonably priced. We've added all of the amenities that guests are looking for: From the hot tub to the two entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you're here. This is a full-time vacation rental, so it isn't cluttered with anyone's personal belongings and it had everything you need.
The home has a very modern open floorplan, which means that you and your group can be in adjoining rooms, yet still feel that you're spending time together since the rooms flow together well. There are two large TV rooms with several streaming channels like HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, Disney+, etc. already installed and ready to be logged into. The dining area has a large table as well as plenty of bar seating, and opens up to the back patio where there are additional dining seats. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you'll need to cook large meals for your family. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area but it's close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.
The home has a double-wide driveway with a car port, so there is parking space for 4 cars. The private back yard has a large hot tub and a table. Dogs are welcome but require a small fee. No cats allowed. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.

The next-door neighbor is a county code compliance officer and he will definitely hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 18 people on the property. You will be leaving immediately and you will get no refunds. If he takes away our permit, you'll be responsible for the damages to our business.

Summary: My son’s family with a couple of friends and I enjoyed the place. It was a great value for us as it provided a bedroom for each of us with a queen or better bed. The house was recently remodeled and was bright and open for all of us. Alta and Snowbird were 30 minutes drive and the grocery store was less than a mile from the house.

Summary: Our group of skiers loved staying in this comfortable and efficient house. Fully stocked with great linens and towels plus shampoo/conditioner/body-wash in all bathrooms which is a sneaky big plus. Street is nice and quiet, there’s delicious dinner at Stella’s Grill right around the corner, and the hottub is well maintained and clean. Thanks!!!

Summary: My family and I rented this property to celebrate thanksgiving together. The home had plenty of bedrooms and two comfy sitting areas. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full thanksgiving dinner and the table seated 10 comfortably. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly! Overall, we were very pleased with the home and would stay there again. The only drawback to the property was the back yard. The listing stated the back yard is fully fenced, which is inaccurate. It is fenced on two sides and open to the front yard/street. We chose to take advantage of the property being pet friendly, which was great but this would have been a key detail to know prior to booking.
