Positive: the room just like in the picture. it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. close to the paddy field. the location was a bit far from the center, it's good if you want a calm place.
Negative: the facilities weren't satisfied. 1) we could not use the pool because of the maintenance. we booked this villa because of the pool. they should inform this beforehand. 2) They gave us one broken robe and when we asked for a new one, they didn't have it because it was in the laundry. 3) the cooking pan looks burnt, we asked the staff to clean it, but the staff said it was clean. Then we said why did this villa provide something that we couldn't use? it was burnt and we couldn't use it. then the staff cleaned the pan. it was better but still, we couldn't use it for cooking. 4) there was no cap stock or wardrobe to hang your clothes. We paid for our room including these facilities. You have a great room but these small details really annoyed us. So please improve this.

Positive: The room was really beautiful, spacious and with fantastic views.
Negative: We left without knowing where the restaurant was. At night we wanted to turn off the lights in the room to sleep and we were looking for more than an hour where the switch was and it was impossible to find it, it was surreal. We went to reception and there was no one there. We phoned more than 20 times and no one answered. The whole thing was ridiculous. We were alone, no one else, no one else at the front desk, no one else at security...No one. Finally we opted to look for the electricity meter and turned off the switches so we could sleep. It was an absolute disaster. Going to sleep like that with that stress is not worth it.
Summary: The hotel is nice but they don't know how to manage the business.

Positive: if you’re looking for an interesting location, then it’s the place! Villas are private, located in a little jungle.
Negative: Because it’s in nature, don’t be surprised to see ants/little spiders inside the villa. When I arrived, there were some dead ants in the bathroom which could have been cleaned before arrival.

Negative: very slow response staff, lots of termite, some lights are broken (couldn‘t turn on the lights)
Summary: need more inprovements, because it was actually e very nice designed tropical jungle villa.
