The property features three generous size bedrooms upstairs, plus separate guest accommodation with two bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level! Perfect property for 2 families or group of friends.
Upstairs:
The property boasts a generous size living area with timber flooring, stunning skylights offering light-filled interiors and relaxing coastal decor throughout the bedrooms and living space. An enclosed balcony will also accommodate your outdoor living requirements. Master bedroom has a king bed and built-ins overlooking rainforest. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds with built in robe. Main upstairs bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. Internal laundry with washer and dryer and additional toilet.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 4 and 5 are located downstairs with 1 king size bedroom and separate bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, lounge, air-conditioning, pool table, TV, bathroom with toilet and shower. The lower level is ideal for one family or teenagers. Note: There is no internal access from upstairs to the lower level, it has a separate entry.

Summary: The family stayed 3 nights and we really enjoyed the house and amenities including comfie furniture and working appliances. The pool was just a right size although it's not heated, yet the kids and adults enjoyed a dip. We played pool and ping-pong. We enjoyed playing board games in the balcony overlooking the pool and which was screened from direct sunlight by tall palm trees. The kitchen was well equipped having most of the things necessary for cooking our meals including a gas stove. We walked 6 minutes to the beach. We drove 3 minutes to get to town to get supplies at Woolies and Coles. There were a few minor inconveniences such as door knobs coming apart and only one set of keys. I think keyless door access would certainly will be a better option. The staff at the management office were a cheerful and pleasant group, making the check in and check out hassle free.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay, however certain aspects of property needed attention. The property was tidy on entry though downstairs bathroom not very clean with shower head coming away with first shower. There was a very strong odour of urine in the garage & a broken glass water jug left in kitchen cupboard along with a dirty oven. The location & pool were perfect.

Summary: The Umina Beach house is located in an excellent position, very close to the beach and relatively close to shops and restaurants. The house itself was quiet average. We had a few issues like the bathroom light in the lower part of the house not working, the vacuum cleaner was broken and the blind in the main bedroom not being functional. Besides this the house did serve its purpose. Hopefully these issues can be fixed for future residents of the property!

Summary: A lovely, big property with plenty of space for a large group. Pool table/table tennis table provided hours of fun for all and the pool and nearby beach were great ways to cool off. The only downside was the coffee machine that didn’t work. All in all 4.5/5
