Summary: service was average, location wasn't great, the room was ok. The hotel restaurant was bad! they had 4 beers on the menu, but only had 1 in stock. The food was okay, but that was it, just okay. We asked for 2 different desserts, both of which were also not available and the one we had (creme brulee) was terrible. We checked out the next day. the staff were trying their best, but they haven't received ample training. The hotel is noisy, not in a great location. Do not recommend.

Summary: This hotel had everything i needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend having a simple flyer at the front desk or in the rooms explaining Gojek and maybe some nearby attractions.

Summary: Very nice and helpful staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a small but well decorated hotel, we enjoyed our stay there because of its good location and management. The only downsides were that there was no bar/restaurant possibility other than the breakfast (which was good) and the mattresses were very hard. Appart from that it was a very pleasant stay and I recommend it for the price/quality ratio

Summary: Great hotel, clean, nice swimming pool, kind staff. Breakfast was the only problem but there are many options outside of the hotel. I would come back for sure.
