Summary: Is a great sports hotel with many facilities to do sports, like tennis, football, yoga, gym and an Olympic pool, additional to a deep dive club and many day activities that can be hired at the hotel, as well as tours. It also have a large private beach, with all facilities. It is a big complex, ideal for families , couples and whoever want to do sports. The views from the room to the volcano and the sea are beautiful. I see only 3 issues, 1) the options to eat, outside the official meal hours are a bit poor. 2) the beach sand is not the nicest is quite rocky and ashy, but the sea is super clean and transparent. 3) The breakfast finishes too early and the eggs are horrible, bad cooked, they can put an omelette station, would be much better.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my all inclusive two week stay. The food was excellent, the pools were never crowded and the beach was beautiful. The concierge was very helpful with organising trips. It was very helpful that the hotel organised a shuttle service to Taormina too. My only criticism was that it might have been helpful if the restaurant staff staggered putting out the antipasti dishes because if you didn’t arrive at the beginning of dinner the choice became limited because many of the plates were finished, but this is only a minor criticism.

Summary: Overall disappointed and wouldn't come back. Family villas meant for 2 adults and 2 kids are on 2nd floor without elevators, so you need to carry kids, strollers and beach belonging 10 times a day upstairs and downstairs, only one of the rooms in villa has AC, so kids rooms was always 30+ hot and we had ants in room all the time. Getting around the resort is difficult as only 2 places have roads for stollers, otherwise a lot of stairs ... breakfast is okay, but again not much for kids, no porridge, or pancakes or waffles, yougurts only with sugar. You need to pay to use beach zone or get towels. To apologize for inconvenience hotel offered us free dinner at pizzeria, but after we ate they made us pay for it ... so we had to compain again to get money back, too much stress and problems overall

Summary: Great place for familly stay thanks to a great people that work there. Especially Andrea from the front desk, who deeply cares about his guest, and is a role model for enitre hospitality industry! Kids club team was also very friendly with true Italian kindness and fun!

Summary: I found this hotel slightly underwhelming. Bit tired in places. Breakfast was pretty awful - for a hotel of this ‘calibre’ it could and should have been SO much better. Bed was way too firm - unpleasantly so. And just the little things annoyed me - having to pay €2 for a towel to use at the pool/beach. And from 7th June, access to the beach (owned by hotel) will be chargeable. On the plus side, the grounds are well maintained and it’s a nice spot on the coast. Plenty of local restaurants to sample too.

Summary: Great hotel, almost everything great, except the dinner buffet, its not good at all, they really should work on that, so not recommending the choice of buffet when making reservations.

Summary: The hotel is in a good setting close to the beach with a couple of swimming pools. The rooms are neat and clean and a little dated but have everything you need

Summary: Thanks again. The staff are brilliant as always. I believe Santo has taught his apprentice a little too well at making cocktails. Very comfortable rooms. The biting bugs seem to come from the sofas rather than the beds and using local soap etc appears to help. Maybe keep Claudio on a leash 🙄🤣. Davide and Veronica and Sandra and Vanessa and Giuseppe and Carmelo are all great too. See you all soon ❤️ oh just a warning water in pool and sea a little cold. Don't be ripped off with Go See buses. Just up the road the interbus is cheaper and more frequent.

Summary: A nice resort hotel set on the beach. Our room was clean and tidy and although the bathroom was on the smaller side it was perfectly fine for the two of us. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and the staff were all friendly
