- No parties or events. Guests will be asked to leave immediately, and extra cleaning charges will be forced.
- No smoking inside the home. Guests found smoking in the home will be asked to leave and charged extra cleaning costs.

Summary: Property is perfect location and very clean. Beds were comfortable and having a bathroom for every bed room was great. The property manager didn’t provide checkin code until an hour after checkin time. We were very tired and exhausted and just wanted in to rest a bit before we headed to dinner. Only other suggestion would be provide some coffee for the coffee maker. Location is perfect to downtown. Parking can be tricky but once parked you don’t have to move your car until your ready to leave because you can walk everywhere.

Summary: Great location and close any activity in town, parking is tricky but there is two overnight lots not too far away. Plenty of room in the house with 3 bathrooms.

Summary: The house was very clean. We could walk to restaurants and the water easily. Parking was no problem. The photo does not match the house. We were expecting something different but it was in such a great location and very clean, so it did not disappoint!

Summary: If you're looking for the perfect location in Newport, this is the place for you! So close to everything, within walking distance to so many restaurants and tourist attractions. The check in process was super simple, and the owner quickly responded to all questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
