Positive: The best place in the States. Amazing location, just outside of the Grand Canyon. I would suggest staying for at least two nights. Only one night was not enough for us. Amazing food and even better staff, everybody so polite and cool and chatty. The rooms were amazing, big, warm, and clean. The best night sky I have ever seen in my life, you can literally see the Milky Way from your room porch. Five or six days out of the week, there is live music outside, also you get marshmallows for the fire. There are some workshops happening as well. When we were there, you could build your own souvenir bookmark. The best night of the whole one-month trip, and unfortunately, it was only one night.

Positive: Amazing stargazing. Smores round the fire pit and live music in the evening a nice touch. Shared bathroom/ shower room was clean and well equipped with plenty of fresh towels. Food was good if a little expensive.
Negative: Tent got very cold in the night. We had the fire in the tent roaring when we went to sleep but it’s not really big enough to load up on logs to see you through the night so lost heat very quickly. Food good but very expensive. I get it’s a captive audience as there’s literally nothing for miles but felt a bit like we were being ripped off. $8 for a small (and I’m talking small) can of lager + taxes and tip of course. The gravel track to get to the site was around 2 miles long and not great to drive on unless you’re rocking an SUV which we didn’t have. Could do with some of it being paved seeing as they have around 90 odd tents on site. No AC in tent when it’s meant to be luxury glamping and given the price you pay feels a bit poor. We stayed at a different branded glamping tent site outside Zion who had AC within the tent, fridge etc etc which was far better equipped.
Summary: Amazing stargazing, fire pit and live music but bring warm clothing for the night time

Positive: Everything! It was beautiful, clean, great food and drink options, fun activities for us and our kids (12 and 9), even had live music, fires, and s’mores in the evenings, and gorgeous views of the stars at night. It all exceeded our expectations!
Negative: Maybe just that the stoves in the tents didn’t keep our tent warm all night, but the staff provided us with very good sleeping bags and hot water bottles that kept us warm throughout the night.
Summary: It was an amazingly memorable experience we will never forget

Positive: The kitchen was fantastic. The breakfast and dinners we had were really tasty and good quality. The tents themselves are spacious and the shower worked great.
Negative: The tents are a little too close to each other. You can hear word for word conversations in other tents. The price is a little expensive for the level of luxury you're getting. Basic pillows and blankets etc. I was expecting a little higher end materials given the price point.
