Positive: The place was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The place is also centrally placed within walking distance from Montluçon's city center. It is very easy to park in front of the building.

Negative: The neighborhood can be noisy as there are students leaving nearby and it is very close to the city center and road. However once the windows were closed, noisettes was not an Issue any more. We could even sleep with the window open on the side of the quiet little square.

Positive: Good size apartment, clean and spacious, with nice shower room. Close to the city center, which was a nice surprise since we randomly chose Montlucon for a stopover on our way home from our holidays Easy access to the accomodation thanks to the clear instructions of the owner

Negative: The building comprises of three apartments and we were allocated in the top floor one on the second floor (no lift). Stayed in July and was very hot inside and no A/C: only a tiny fan which was of no great use. Couldn't sleep with windows open either since right in front of our windows there was a LOUD party which went on till 3am... Not a fault of the host of course, but with a portable climatizer the problem would be less impacting by keeping the windows shut. One note about the sofa bed, which we had to make up ourselves and could notice that the mattress was extremely dirty and deeply stained: again, problem would be solved by changing it All in all a pity, since the apartment is not bad
