Positive: The garden, the modern look and layout and the cool feeling inside the house despite the heat outside. Also, it's proximity to hikes in the countryside.
Negative: The key of the building door did not work properly and when we rang the neighbours to open the door for us, they didn't want to. Eventually, we managed to open the door ourselves
