Positive: Well furnished, a bit on the minimalistic style but it works. Master is the best space next to the living room. The two bedrooms are tight - spatially but still feel cozy. Bathroom is very nice and had a nice selection of full-size toiletries. They provide an ample amount of bath towels, wash rags. Kitchen has a full size over, a built-in toaster, a full dish and utensil sets.
Negative: Only has TV sets in the master bedroom a nd living room. Inner door knob was missing in action.

Negative: The location was just average. I did not pay attention to the map, I prefer places with walking distance to coffee shops, breakfast, this is tucked into a neighborhood. Overall great property though!

Positive: I was happy to see that the pictures were accurate & was located in a nice quiet area. The bed was very comfortable & the coffee was delicious. I wish we were able to spend more time enjoying our rental, but unfortunately our vehicle was towed while we were at the concert & most of our time was spent trying to find a way to our rental & trying to get our vehicle back. Thankfully we had a warm safe place to go so we could cook something to eat, relax, & get some sleep instead of being stranded downtown outside in the cold.
Negative: There was coffee & sugar, but there wasn't any creamer like the note said there was. Luckily we had milk I could use instead & we really appreciated that provided coffee. The only thing that I would suggest is having a tv in all 3 of the bedrooms. We all wanted the bedroom with the TV in it. When the cleaning lady got there I tried to explain our towing issue & asked if it was ok for us to stay inside until our LYFT arrived, but it didn't seem like she understood English well. Since it was checkout time I told her to feel free to come in & clean if she wanted to. Right before our ride arrived I received a rather stern text from the owner saying that checkout was 11:00 & to leave the property immediately. In all fairness it was about 15 minutes past checkout and we were still there, but it was cold outside & didn't realize it would be an issue to wait inside where it was warm. I thought the text was a bit rude and felt little embarrassed, so we went outside to wait for our ride, which luckily came about 3 minutes later.
