Summary: Lots of room for our 4 young children to play and two bedrooms on first floor great for us and my old parents. House has a little wear and tear, but mostly cosmetic like marked walls. Kitchen and appliances and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Kids had a blast with the zip line in the backyard. There was quite a bit of construction and took us a little while to find the gravel driveway into the house since we came at night but the construction crew during the day were very nice and assisted with leveling off where the driveway and road met without hesitation. Very friendly neighbor as well who gave us some farm fresh eggs that were delicious. Perfect for our large group, will definitely try to stay again when we come to town next.

Summary: Home had what we needed for our stay in Ohio. Close to the event we came to attend and space to prepare for the event and to relax after. The challenge was GPS did not know how to get to the property and the access road was closed from both directions. Some communication about this would have been helpful .

Summary: It is a great escape for the children came for my brothers wedding and had my 3 children , wedding was amazing and the children had a ball with all the kid friendly activities from the zip line ( major hit) and all the toys and games

Summary: It was very spacious and clean and the mattresses were so comfortable! Perfect place for kiddos as they have an abundance of toys! It’s great that they allow pets too.

Summary: The rental process was easy. The home was as advertised and was located a convenient distance from my son's Point Guard College Camp in Gahanna, Ohio. We enjoyed the game room area and the beds were very comfortable. The kitcken made meal preparation easy and clean up a snap. We hope to rent this house again if PGC brings us back to the Gahanna area. The host was easy to work with and was responsive. Thanks for a relaxing stay in your beautiful home.

Summary: We rented this home for a family get-together to celebrate birthdays and to have one last "hurrah" before the kids go back to school. Our parents live in Delaware, so the location was perfect. My siblings and I, along with our kids (ages ranged from 2 to 17) were able to stay here with room to spare and my parents drove over to join us for meals and to hang out. It was clean and comfortable and well-stocked. Plenty of kitchen amenities (pots and pans and the like) and dishes, as well as table space and seating so we were able to prepare our meals and eat together. We used the grill to cook out one evening as well. The younger kids loved the toys and the older kids loved the basketball game and all kids loved the zipline and swingset. Beds were extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great. The upstairs was warm when we first checked in, but we turned down the air conditioning and the upstairs cooled off quite nicely. Still, anyone who is very sensitive about heat might want to bring fans if they plan to sleep in the upstairs bedrooms. Those of us who slept downstairs were very comfortable and it wasn't too cold. All-in-all a perfect get-away. Thank you!

Summary: We rented this property because of the location to the Ironman 70.3 in Delaware. The house was perfect for family and the dogs especially! We were close enough to all the areas we needed to be. The dogs loved running the yard and even met the neighbors.
