Very original house with very high ceilings and large windows with lots of light, 45 meters from the beach of the fine sand fosca, surrounded by a garden, an ancient workshop of an sculpture and architecture. On the ground floor is the open kitchen, the dining room for 14 people, living room with fireplace, a bedroom with two beds of 90x190 and another bedroom with two beds of 90x190 and a double sofa bed of 140x200. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two bunk beds and the round bathtub for two people. On this floor there is also a shower and a toilet and in a corner there is a double bed closed with curtains. On the second floor there is a suite with two single beds and a double bed, a shower and a toilet. The house has a private and fenced garden of 250m2. There is also a shared garden of 3,500 m2 where there are 4 hot showers and 4 toilets, a pediment and a ping-pong that you can use for free, you will find the rackets and balls in the house. In the shared garden there is also a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag that you can use. If you need a cot, high chair or baby bath, you can ask in advance and have free. The house is delivered without sheets or towels can bring yours or rent: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: 1 medium and 1 large: 4 euros and clean. the final cleaning can make you yourself or ask for the service in which case they have an additional cost of 145 euros. Summary: Loved this holiday home, big and spacious and really quite quirky because it used to be an artist's studio. A holiday home with a difference. It was really well equipped over and above what one would normally expect. It could do with a 2nd toilet though. We were able to park our car right outside the home which was marvellous for unloading and loading our luggage. Comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. The complex was beautifully laid out and full of charming statues and wonderful flowers. We were able to take our two little West Highland Terriers with us which was a brilliant bonus. A one minute walk to the wonderful safe, sandy beach in a beautiful cove. An outside warm shower when you get back from the beach to get the sand off. An outside washing line to hang wet swimsuits and towels on. Camila, the manager was absolutely charming and the most helpful host that we have ever had. We love this beautiful flowery oasis. La Fosca is beautiful, clean and upmarket with just enough little cafes. Glop right at the far end has a lovely friendly welcoming hostess. We thoroughly recommend everything about this place. We shall return.

Summary: The house is amazing and truly unique. We were few families with children and everyone just loved it. Plenty of activities and toys for the kids, they ran happily around. Great location- just few metres away from the beach and local cafes and restaurants. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

Summary: We came as 4 couples and 2 singles and it worked very well. The only issue for us was it needed 1 more W.C. Either inside or outside. This is a lovely place to stay and everybody was very friendly. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you

Summary: "We spent a great 2 weeks here, two sisters, their families and their mother. The property was great, very spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/dining which lended itself nicely to communal living, the rooms were great though the toilet was small! We loved the venue, so close to the beach and though in a complex we had complete privacy too. The kids enjoyed being close to the tennis wall & ping pong table. All round a great place for a group."

Summary: "We came as two families (6 kids) and had a spendid time. The house was just right for us all with plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the big bath and the various games in the garden. The beach is very near and is really easy to get to. An added bonus was the hot shower outside for the kids coming back from the beach! In addition to the sandy beach on our doorstep, we also had several nice walks along the coast. Highly recommended! We''ll be back!! "

Summary: "The house is very close to the lovely beach and has a big garden which was perfect for us. We were two families with six children. Everything was clean and the owner was very friendly. Since two more bedrooms were installed there was more privacy for everybody. We had a perfect stay and we will come back next spring."

Summary: "The house is in a perfect location, quiet but not rural, 5 mins walk to sea. It's very big with high ceiling and open plan spaces. Very original. Although it would easily sleep 12 people, there's not much privacy so you need to know the gang you're going with rather well. There are only two bedrooms with ensuite showers, one double and one with 2 bunkbeds and a jacuzzi in the middle. All other beds are in open spaces and have no bath/toilet for their won use. The inside looks a bit tired, everything is a bit old and manky, but works all right. Would certainly benefit from some TLC. It suited our purposes perfectly though, and with 2 small children the fact you don't have to worry about things breaking is almost a bonus. The ample spaces made this the perfect house to play in with great spots to play hide and seek. No wifi, but available in cafe on the promenade. The beach is small, and rather quiet (except on weekends), with 2 OK restaurants 5 mins from the house. The other side of the beach is not so attractive, but the side where the house is is quieter, prettier and ok. This is family country. Palamos is nice enough for a little stroll and a good meal. There's a little children fun park, which made ours completely happy (called it children's paradise!). Camila is very welcoming and absolutely lovely: she arranged all sorts of things for us just as a courtesy. The only reason why we would not come back is because we never like to return to same place, we like exploring some more lovely places around this cost (up north it becomes more rocky, with small quiet beaches... beautiful too)"
