In a unique location, this home is only 1.5 miles from three golf courses and the shopping village of Liberty Lake, which offers shopping, restaurants, and medical care. The Mackenzie Natural Area is located just across the road with miles of maintained trail, favorable for hiking, mountain bike riding, horseback riding, and filled with wildlife. The Liberty Lake OHV Park, a regional park with campgrounds, a beach, and more wilderness trails, is just a mile down the road. A perfect, secluded property in the woods, this home also has access to all you need and is just three miles off the interstate. For additional fun, make a trip to downtown Spokane or even cross the state boarder for a day trip to Coeur d’ Alene.
The lake is a low traffic, offering the perfect area for all of your water adventures. As a fairly shallow lake, it warms early and stays warm longer. Fishing is great here, and the dock is a favorite spot. Brown trout in the spring and bass all year can be found in the shadows of the pier. There is a water ski buoy course and a public boat launch just down the lake for more recreation.
Back at home, tree-lined outdoor living is best spent on the four levels of decks, furnished with ample outdoor seating and a gas grill. Two firepits extend your enjoyment of the natural surroundings.
