Our home is walking distance from the nearest train station that’ll take you right into the heart of Philly. Bonus: only 20-30 min from the PHL airport!
This townhouse comes with all of your basic necessities.
Guests have complete access to the washer and dryer, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, TVs, kitchen appliances, and outdoor spaces.

Summary: This is a very old rowhouse that the owners have started to update. The bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are comfortable and modern, just as pictured in the photos. These rooms were the best part of the stay. To get to the bedrooms, you have to navigate a VERY steep and narrow angled staircase - even my very athletic teenager had difficulty as you must hold on to the railing and only one foot at a time will fit on a tread. If you have mobility issues, or have young children, be aware that the stairs are difficult. The bathroom needs work- mold and missing tiles in the tub area. The kitchen is adequate and a private drivweway is a plus. We have an average sized car - it would not be suitable for large SUVs. The location is good, the neighborhood felt safe, and we enjoyed walking to local restaurants.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay! The parking spot is tight if you have a larger vehicle. Also the stairs may be a challenge for some. The bedrooms were very nice.

Summary: We loved this property, it gave us the true city living experience. However, we were genuinely shocked to find the staircase. Our son is just under two and we did not see any photos of the stairs or see anything written. It was a challenge with a toddler as well as his great aunt. The stairs were a vertical spiral stair case with grab bars, narrow/ hight steps. Additionally, there was a tampon on a window sill that was unused but outside of the applicator and our son found it which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, it was a beautiful property, the owner was VERY pleasant and easy to work with. We would stay again.
