When staying at Summit Lodge you will be within minutes of all that Panorama Resort has to offer. Both the lifts and outdoor hot tubs are just steps away.
The LAYOUT:
This spacious one bedroom condo has all the amenities of home with a cozy mountain feel! Located on the second floor, the living area consists of 750 Sq Ft. The balcony has mountain views and overlooks the ice rink in winter. There is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare those comfort meals when you want to stay in. Relax by the gas burning fireplace in the winter months. This unit also features an in-suite washer/dryer for your convenience. The dining area has a table that seats six and additional seating for four can be at the counter. The living area has a large sofa that converts into a queen size bed as well as a murphy bed discreetly tucked in between the front closets. The bright master bedroom boasts a king bed and ample built-in storage. The bathroom has a dual walk-in shower and double vanity.

* 1 Well-behaved Dog up to 50lbs allowed with prior approval. ALL dogs must be kept on leash while in the building common areas. Any complaints of excessive barking may be fined according to building by-laws.

Panorama is a four season resort located 25 minutes from the quaint town of Invermere and Lake Windermere. Invermere has many dining options and stores to purchase all you might need for your stay in Panorama.

In the SUMMER:
For our summer guests, you are right next to Panorama Springs Lodge featuring two fun outdoor slides, a pool and hot tubs. Walk or bike along the Valley Trail, a 3.5km loop. Or ride the chair lift for a scenic view- and some hiking. For those looking for an adrenaline rush, challenge yourself to some downhill biking. Take a swing at Greywolf Course, currently rated the number one public course in BC! Panorama Resort offers many activities for the kids and families to enjoy like mini-golf, tennis, euro-jumping and even a climbing wall. Near by you can experience more adventure including ziplining, ATV tours, and white water rafting.
** There is a portable air conditioner unit provided from April - October. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, and you will find smaller portable fans in the closet to provide for your further comfort.
In the WINTER:
ENJOY a day of powder skiing or stay close by and enjoy the ice skating rink located in front of the Summit Lodge. Take a day off skiing and try snowmobiling or visit one of the hot springs near by. Panorama has beautiful groomed nordic and hiking trails for your adventure.

You will find a quiet village... but there is always lots to explore among the Kootenay Mountains.
HOST INTERACTION:
We are available to answer any questions by text, phone, email and give recommendations and attend to any issues you may encounter during your stay. An emergency contact number will be emailed to you before your arrival.

BOOKING POLICIES:
* NO SKI BOOTS to be worn in the condo.
* Please REMOVE your shoes inside the condo.
* Please respect other guests staying in Summit Lodge by keeping noise to reasonable levels.
* Absolutely NO Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties
* NO SMOKING (of ANY KIND) in the Condo or on the Balcony. Please respect the NO SMOKING POLICIES around the resort.
* Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at time of booking. The owner retains the right to refuse access to the condo if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.
* Panorama is a pet-friendly resort and so is our condo! One well behaved dog under 50Ibs is welcome. If bringing your pet, this must be discussed and approved prior to booking. Please be sure to include your pet in your reservation, as there is an additional $20/night pet fee for their stay. Sorry, but unfortunately, we are unable to accept cats.

* There is a nightly surcharge for more than four guests staying in the condo. Please contact the owner if you have questions.
* Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $1000. The credit card may be charged up to $1000 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.
**In the event of excessive noise, parties or smoking inside the home, the entire security deposit will be charged regardless of damages.**
