Summary: This place was amazing! It was the perfect house for our guys weekend. Place was extremely clean and organized. There were plenty of beds and room for our group of 10 to sleep comfortably. The pool, pool table, and other amenities did not disappoint. The owner of the home was even gracious enough to send us a video on how to control the sound system, and big screen TVs throughout the house. We will be coming back here again for our next trip. I highly recommend this rental property.

Summary: The house was very clean and smelled good. The great room was very spacious. The kitchen had nice appliances to work with. And it’s not just a coffee maker it is a dual maker. You can make a pot of coffee or use KCups. The house had a generous supply of toiletries. The pool was perfect for a small number of people- perfect for the kids. Sitting in the deck was relaxing and enjoyable watching the boats go by. The bathrooms are huge. Now for the negatives. We were there in the hot temperatures of July. During the afternoon the AC could not get under 81 degrees. At night, it could freeze you out if you so desired. In one of the pictures featured we saw a pier. We assumed it was on the property for our use. We brought our boat but couldn’t use it because the pier did not go with the house. Would I book the house again? I would book it again. I would make some modifications on my end and it would be another enjoyable stay.

Summary: The owner was awesome throughout the whole rental experience from quick turnaround on questions throughout the stay. This place is gem with a heated pool and right by river where adults and kids caught all kinds of fish and crab. The back deck is large and so relaxing to sit by. Had s'mores by firepit. Pool table was awesome and we are able to fit 12 people comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped including griddle inside for making breakfast. The large tvs were awesome and the sofa was so comfortable. We can't wait to come back again.
