Summary: The property was clean overall, situated on top of a hill with beautiful mountain views. The updated kitchen made it easy for us to spend most of our time around the spacious island enjoying family. There seems to be an ant issue in the kitchen that an exterminator can help remedy. (Possibly due to all the rain we had) The rooms are spacious and clean but the beds are uncomfortable. There is also a lack of furniture in the bedrooms to store your belongings in during your stay. Lastly, there is not enough seating in the main living room for large parties. The deck has nice seating, grill, lighting, and a fire pit; sadly, it rained most of our stay so we didn't get a chance to enjoy it. The backyard patio scenery is picturesque and would stay here again.

Summary: This roomy, beautifully decorated home was so comfortable for all our family to return to after daily NY activities. The location was conveniently located and the mountain surroundings were lovely! Our host was very accommodating!

Summary: The property is as advertised. Communication with the owner, Sam is quick and straightforward. We celebrated Thanksgiving there with family visiting our daughter at West Point. The kitchen and especially the island was well suited to a large meal. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and fireplace. Was a very enjoyable experience.

Summary: Exactly as described! Communication with property owner was great. There was plenty of cleaning supplies, but no paper towels or coffee, as mentioned in the listing. Tons of room for a large group. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: 11 family members comfortably fit in this clean, well-stocked house. Nice neighborhood, close to hiking trails and grocery store nearby. Upstairs rooms are bright and airy. Outdoor space was the highlight of the rental for us--great deck with BBQ and fire pits (2), wood provided and plenty of seating. Thanks, Sam, for a great visit!
