Your Perfect Wrigleyville stay is a large, bright, two bedroom, one bath unit located in the Wrigleyville, Boystown of Chicago.
* Unique layout - Lounge/hangout area shares space with the king bed - all in one open space - different. comfortable!
* No kitchen! Microware + Fridge, Coffee machine, glasses + plates.
* Lights ON at all times - Kitchenette space has no windows
* Lights ON, bunk bed (Twin and a queen) room has no windows
* The main bedroom is also a hangout area
* Plenty of space for a family of 4 or a group. Our two sleepers are comfy beds, that can sleep additional 4 or We can provide air mattress upon request.
This unit Has a full sized washer and dryer that our guests can use.
Our guests can also enjoy our back porch/balcony (right off the kitchenette) before heading out to enjoy humid summer or a windy Chicago winter.
NOTE - If your stay does NOT involve cooking, this unit is perfect for you!
THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN/stove/cooktop/dishwasher.
*MUST - Take your shoes off upon entering
*This nonsmoking unit can host up to 8people
*Parking in the area (and most of Chicago) is NOT free
*Private parking is available upon availability for $45/day - Please inquire 7days prior your arrival.

Summary: Nice property- kind of old/dated, dusty. Perfect for a cheap place to stay. No kitchen so only book if you are planning on going out to eat. Overall, nice and comfortable though

Summary: While the layout wasn’t exactly what I expected, it still worked for us. I traveled to Chicago with my husband and another couple for a concert at Wrigley. The location was perfect as it’s just a few blocks from Wrigley Field and it was cheaper than surrounding two bedrooms available at the time of booking. The front room (pictured) and the bathroom are beautiful. The kitchen (I use that term loosely) and the second bedroom weren’t as expected. The second bedroom had bunk beds (twin over full) and that was ABSOLUTELY all that was in the room as that’s all that would fit. No biggie, as we were just there to sleep, but feel it’s good to mention. The “kitchen” had a toaster oven, a Coffee maker, a small dorm fridge, and a washer and dryer. There was coffee cups and complimentary coffee available also. Again, we weren’t planning on cooking, but if you are this isn't the place for you. There was a nice outdoor seating area that we were able to enjoy before the concert. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. An inconvenience for us was having the only bathroom accessible only by walking thru the main bedroom. We have all known each other for 20 years so it wasn’t a huge deal but again something I feel needs to be mentioned. All in all, great location. Quiet. Comfortable. Would stay here again. Especially with kids.
