Summary: The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. The chalet was clean and well equipped with a great layout for socializing (indoors & out), sharing meals (outdoors & in), and sleeping. The kitchen had premium appliances. My only rather trivial complaints would be (a) no good reading lights in the living room and (b) inability to mirror movies from iPad to Samsung TV. The Wi-Fi strength was very good. The washer and dryer were top notch. Overall, this accommodation was the nearest thing to a perfect 5 stars as you'll get.

Summary: The Chalet is very nice and well appointed. That said, we probably spent most of our time on the back deck; the yard and the landscaping and the surrounding terrain is fantastic. For us, the location was perfect. Only 1 mile from downtown, we were far enough away from the hustle and bustle (of a holiday weekend) for some peace & quite, but near enough to town to walk in for a bite to eat and go for a swim in the lake. Julia was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and she went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Summary: We had a lovely time at the chalet. The property is gorgeous and the chalet is beautiful and clean. We had a couple issues with supplies and the host was excellent to deal with, ensuring we had everything we needed. They made sure we had a positive experience. We would stay again.
