Summary: The space was clean but there are a few items that I feel need to be addressed. The lamp in the guest room does not have a stem on it to turn on or off. The TV would not come on the guest room. Maybe the batteries are dead? The dining chair seats are shot. You sink in them when you sit down and can barely get around the table. There was no bottle opener in the kitchen to use and there are minimal pots and pans for cooking.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. The living spaces were comfortable and the location was great. While it is conveniently close to several strip malls and countless restaurants, the property was quiet and felt safe. It was nice to have an adequately furnished kitchen to save on eating out during the trip. The one drawback is the property does not have great soundproofing.

Summary: This was a wonderful and great rental! Just remember to bring things like trash bags, cooking oils, just small basic things. If you forget there is tons of very close places to get it all! Would love to stay again.

Summary: Pros: Roomy accommodations; beds appeared clean; good communication with property manager. Cons: Initially no wash clothes; kitchen not well cleaned (counter, sink, and stove); limited utensils & dishcloths; potholders needed washing; bath mats needed washing; bedrooms sparsely furnished (beds only); could use washer/dryer for long term tenant (more that two nights;); no precision for ice.

Summary: We enjoyed all the comforts of home in between our rounds of golf. There were four senior men in our group and we could relax on the deck, watch TV, cook or easily reach the many good restaurants in High Point. It was a relaxing long-weekend. The host was available, but no help was needed during our stay. We would stay here again!

Summary: It was clean and a good amount of space for our family. Our only complaint was the fridge/freezer weren’t fully functional. They didn’t cool/freeze our food to normal standards.
