From the moment you walk into the home, the huge windows running the full width of the room offer stunning views of the lake. The main level of the home features two king master suites, each with double vanities in the bathrooms and huge walk-in closets. The living room has a high definition, flat screen Satellite TV, CD player with outside deck speakers, DVD player with tons of DVDs for all ages, and comfortable leather couch set. The fully furnished gourmet kitchen has double ovens, microwave, gas cook top, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and island counter with 8 stools. The dining area has a large wood table with two removable leaves that can adjust to seat between 4-8 people. The laundry room/mud room has a large washer and dryer, built in ironing board with iron, and extra kitchen appliances and supplies. The Trex deck can be accessed from the living room, dining area, or west side master with new (2018) Weber gas barbecue/grill, and 180 degree, million-dollar views of stunning Hayden Lake. Brand new high-end deck furniture in 2018 features two large tile tables with 12 chairs, large umbrella for shade, love seat with small tile table, two chairs with foot rests, and two deck chairs for sunbathing.
The lower level of the home features 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a king bed, and two bedrooms that each have two bunk beds in them. The main area downstairs has a sitting area with brand new leather couches, widescreen TV, and fireplace, a wet bar for entertaining, a large recreation area with pool table, foosball table, and elliptical exercise cross trainer, and incredible views of the lake. The lower level also features a theater room with a brand new 55" flat screen Smart TV, four movie theater seats, popcorn machine, video games, and access to owners large movie library on Amazon. Lastly, there is a full bath, a half bath, and storage space under the stairs with tons of kid toys, board games, and puzzles. The lower level walks out to a covered patio with ping pong table, free standing patio swing, picnic table, and access to the state of the art, hillside tram. Walk down the peaceful winding path to the private beach and Trex dock featuring a covered boat slip, swim ladder, and swim stairs. Located in the deep water part of the lake, so swimming and boating are never a problem, and with a southwestern exposure you are still having fun in the water long after the other side of the lake has been in the shade.
Linens, bedding, bath towels, and beach towels are all provided for your convenience. The two child kayaks, two seat adult kayak, and paddle boat are yours to use, as are the extra life jackets and coolers. The high speed internet and Smart TVs provide access to Netflix, HBOgo, Amazon, and many other streaming video sites. Summary: The house was perfect for two families of four. Our young adult children had the lower level of the house which had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level also had a common area with foosball, pool table, ping pong table, game/movie room and more. Plenty of activities for them. It also was very soundproof. The funicular to the private dock made it easy to and from the house. Table and chairs at the dock was a great way to relax and watch the sunset. The lake house had a great view and lots of trees for privacy. From the balcony we say bald eagles and hawks. Brian was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Plenty of space for our party of nine. Many games of pool, foosball, ping pong. House is well equipped with everything you need and appreciate the thoroughness of property manager. We brought our boat and the dock worked very well. We had a great trip and highly recommend this property.

Summary: Our original booking was cancelled the morning of check-in, so one could imagine the scrambling we were doing to find a house for 12 of us. Brian and his wife were amazing through all of our last minute "dealings"- they were so patient and I could just feel the calm thru the messages back and forth. Their property ended up being even better for us! As a multi-generation reunion (ages ranging from 8-86), the amenities were beyond our expectations and everything about this home was so comfortable, relaxing, and functional. From the open kitchen and the grand deck with a variety of seating, to the activities in the basement and the tram to the fun cabana down at the dock, this place truly made for an awesome lake experience. We had prompt responses from the owners regarding any question and they gave very good details about the drive to the property. I am so grateful we ended up here...I couldn't have planned it better! Thank you, thank you Brian for everything- Wonderful memories for our whole family!! God Bless

Summary: Stunning views never get old! We brought our boat this time which was a great addition to fun on the lake. The tram was out of commission which was a minor inconvenience, and gave us all an excuse for building our calf muscles! This is a perfect place for a family gathering.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lake house. Communication was wonderful. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out due to our flight schedules. The tram was a massive asset since we had older family members. It was wonderful sitting outside on the deck overlooking the gorgeous view. We had everything we could need and loved our stay!

Summary: First, the location is stunningly beautiful, of which the home takes full advantage with its massive windows facing out high above the lake. Once we opened the door, we knew our vacation would be a great one- but it kept getting better. We rented the home to accommodate our family of six and our brother’s family of five while visiting parents who love to see all the grandkids but can no longer host. All the “kids” ranging from 5 to 23 slept on the lower floor which is a kid paradise for all ages complete with pool table, foosball table, dartboard, ping pong table, movie theater room, and every family game you can think of. Upstairs the parents had our own king size bedrooms at opposite sides of the great room with stone fireplace, kitchen and dining area- all with sliding glass doors to the massive deck (with clear glass enclosure ensuring unobstructed views). The deck is appointed with a full couch and two chars with ottomans and large coffee table for appetizers and drinks, along with two large tables with eight chairs each (which we combined to make a table for 13). On one side of the deck there is a huge Weber Genesis II hooked up to gas that easily grilled two flank steaks, eight chicken breasts and 4 skewers of jumbo shrimp. Seriously, the house is incredible. Most of us, however, spent our days on the water, in the water or on the dock enjoying the many water toys and floaties or just soaking up the sun while reading one of the many “beach reads” that can be found at the house. What truly makes the experience effortless is the tram that transports you from house to dock and back. You can bring everything you want with ease, and if you forget your book or cocktail- no problem! Take a ride back to the house with a seat with a view that never disappoints. For our final day we rented a pontoon boat to explore the lake and take the kids tubing which was a blast for all. Our families made a pact to return every year as our end of summer exclamation point, except for one small change- we will stay longer! A big thank you to the owners who thought of everything, including the two bottles of welcome wine!
