3 Bedroom House in Peachtree City

This three bedroom, two bathroom, step less brick ranch has been totally renovated and furnished for our guests. Yes, new bathrooms and kitchen for you. The pictures only tell half the story. A favorite of our Marvel Comic/Pinewood Studio friends.
Convenient Peachtree City location is walking distance to trails, parks and athletic fields. Deergrass Trail is in a quiet neighborhood, close to Peachtree Parkway and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We believe you will find Deergrass Trail to be everything and more than you expected.

I travel 2-3 month out of the year and I bring my family with me at times. This is the first home my wife actually was looking forward to stay and not come back home. Lovely home. Attention to details everywhere. Great responsive and friendly host. Close to golf cart path, and all best stores and restaurants. I will definitely come back. The sitting room was by far my favorite feature. We saw deers almost everyday from our living room. The kitchen is phenomenal, rooms comfortable and the linen package is great quality. Renting a golf cart is a must if you are traveling with family and kids. Between exploring around, the board games, Smart & Cable TV, my girls never even missed home! A home run!

Summary: Everything was great. One of the cleanest places we have stayed which is important to us. Great location and pleasant place to stay. The only issue was the cable tv was inconsistent and problematic often,. Not a strong issue for us since we don’t watch that much. Owner was very accommodating and we would rent again.

Summary: Comfortable house and good location. It was a bit disappointing not having furniture in the garden to make the most of sunny days to dinne out. House is very well equipped and comunication with the owner was always good and fast!!!

Summary: Great location, house looks and feels the same as shown on the pictures. Mark is a nice person and great host. Text messaging with him was almost real time . Mark provided a lot of useful information and suggestions. Very quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood, people are very polite. We enjoyed our stay, we love Peachtree City, friendly deer everywhere. City is very clean, everything in the city connected via golf cart paths through the forest. We definitely would come back.

Summary: We needed a 'home for the holidays' and this cute ranch home in a quiet neighborhood was ideal! The decor is fresh and inviting and we enjoyed evenings in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed for preparing holiday meals. The baths are also beautifully updated and the bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. The large garage was great for keeping storage boxes for our Christmas decorations and other large items. I would definitely stay in this home, or any of the other Lethbridge Properties, again.

Summary: Mark was great to work with and the house was just perfect - clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed for our visit with family. I sincerely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the south side of Atlanta.

Summary: We were feeling a bit of the time crunch with our relocation with our need to have a temporary local address to get our girls established in schools (Starrs Mill zone). Mark & Linda's Deergrass home met our needs and more. The home is a fresh renovation with smart decor. We had an easy time of feeling comfortable and cared for. The home lived up to the "deergrass" address with daily visits from a doe and two fawn grazing between homes. Perfect location for Peachtree City and Fayetteville areas. Great owners = great rental.
