3 Bedroom House in Southwest Mission, Kelowna

Walk into this huge NEWLY RENOVATED 2 bedroom and den walk-out suite and be blown away by the absolutely incredible unobstructed views of the Okanagan lake and surrounding mountains. It does not stop there, once the sun sets the city light views are spectacular!
After you have taken in the views, settle into this large lower level walk-out with approximately 1800 square feet of living space with air conditioning and soaring ceilings that are over 9.5 feet in height. All common areas have 180 degree view that can be enjoyed from all the floor to ceiling windows. This 2 bedroom with den suite has 1.5 baths and its own separate entrance from your parking space in the garage.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials that you will need during your stay: dishes, utensils, cups, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, along with olive oil, basic spices, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. Enjoy cooking meals on the 4 burner gas stove with oven or opt to use the 5 burner BBQ.
The dinning area easily seats 6 guests. Next to the dinning area/kitchen is a pool table for everyone to enjoy with double French doors that open up onto the huge covered private patio where there is another table with chairs to dine outside. There you will also have exclusive access to the back yard.
The living room is comfortably appointed with 2 leather sofas, a gas fireplace and a 40’ flat screen television, cable includes basic channels plus HBO, Netflix, Crave TV, all the major news networks (CNN, BNN, Bloomberg, etc.) and the Movie Channel. If you want, you are able to order new release movies for a fee. WiFi is included in your stay.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed that looks over the lake, city and mountain views. There is a door from the master bedroom that you can access the covered patio from.
The second bedroom is huge with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet and room to spare.
The den has a twin size sofa bed with a twin size pull out trundle. It is a large room measuring 13’ x 11’ but, please note that in the corner of the room is a full sized washer and dryer with cabinetry above. There is a separate door to the den along with a window for lots of natural light.
The main full bathroom contains a shower/bath tub combination and the second bathroom is a half bathroom only (toilet and sink).
Located centrally in the Upper Mission area of Kelowna.

This is very much a family or couple oriented suite to enjoy the view of the Okanagan Lake, no loud partying will be tolerated. In respect to our neighbors quite time is from 10pm to 7am.
No Smoking within the suite or on the property grounds.
No pets allowed except for certified service animals.
Minimum 3 night stay.
Due to COVID-19 maximum occupancy is 5 persons as per Public Health Order.
Please note:
There is no phone line in the suite.
The owners do live upstairs in the property, the lower level suite is completely self contained. We also have 2 cocker spaniels that live upstairs.
There is video surveillance on the property.

Summary: We stayed for 10 days and we will eventually rebook this place as we intend to come back to Kelowna next year. Great view, very spacious, quiet neighborhood, not too far from downtown and other services (like fresh markets). The pool table was a bonus. Summary: My family and I enjoyed staying at Amir & Bree’s property from the start. The view was perfect, the check in process was flawless and everything was clean. They answered very quickly every time we had a question and when we ran into them, they were super friendly and helped us with recommendations (Kelowna may be our home in the future!) I cannot recommend this place enough!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The home is about 15 minutes from downtown and in a beautiful location on the hillside overlooking the valley. The view is amazing and the outside eating and sitting area is where we spent every morning and evening. The layout and rooms are wonderful with enough space for all 5 of us. Everyone had their own space and the bedrooms were spacious and inviting. The pool table was an added bonus and a higher hit with everyone. The owners were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
