Summary: Excellent room and accommodations. Exactly as advertised. We were allowed to check in early after arriving on over night flight. Easy walk to city hall and main square. Large English garden park very close where we watched surfers on the river. We highly recommend Unsold. It is in quiet side of town and easy to get to by metro.

Summary: Well located in a quiet area but not far from key sights and barn. Had a studio suite which was well appointed with very welcome air con. Staff were great. Only disappointment was the breakfast which was not very good and expensive.

Summary: Everything was wonderful. The deco, the breakfast with Vegan options and the staff. Super comfy bed, beautiful spacious bed. Walking distance to U Bahn, restaurants and more. Only caveat is no AC on the hottest days (35C) and sleep was hard to come by due to that. Multiple fans were provided in the room. Highly recommend staying at this place and will come back unless it’s on super hot days, then I’d search for a place with AC.

Summary: Hotel is in a quiet location and is clean etc.. but the rooms don't have air conditioning and there is no sheet on the bed only a duvet so it was either very hot or cold. Not a very comfortable sleep

Summary: The Hotel was located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with great cafes and restaurants and was a 10 minute walking distance from the Old Town.

Summary: Really great hotel. The high user rating isnt surprising. I traveled alone for annual Stroke Art Fair and it was close to Praterinsel where I could walk to daily. Also close to Lehel Ubahn station so close to Marienplatz / city center. very calm and quiet neighborhood and safe at night. The hotel itself was super clean and modern. The single room was small but perfect for one. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me a map and even made me a coffee when i asked where i could get one! I will definitely stay there again when in Munich. Thank you again staff of Ünsolds Factory Hotel! You were all so friendly and welcoming!

Summary: Hotel is very clean, beautiful building, easy access, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and safe neighborhood. Near main plaza, plenty restaurants and good customer service 👍. I enjoyed my stayed here.
