Unveil in the beauty of this home by connecting with family and friends. Luxurious, peaceful 4 bedroom, 3 baths + 2 half baths. This home is located near Brookside, the Gathering Place, Utica Park and shopping. Established neighborhood that is great for walking. Come set aside the demands of day to day life and make meaningful memories in the sanctuary.
It is an unveiled oasis with a backyard pool, fire pit 2 patio areas, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. Home has a spacious open floor plan with fully equipped Chef’s kitchen. Kitchen has an eating area and bar seating. Den with large picture window overlooking the pool, comfy seating to watch TV, foosball
table and game table. Large living room to visit along with a formal dining area and office. Primary bedroom with upscale eco-friendly king bed and beautiful en suite, luxurious soaking tube, heated floors and large picture window overlooking the outdoor oasis. Two eco-friendly queen bedrooms with en suite. In the back of the home is a small bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Need to do a little work during your stay? We have an office to accommodate including wireless printer.
Home features all flat screen TV’s with fast WiFI, everything you need for work and play!
Adult and kid friendly home.
Amenities:
Vitamix, toaster, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, French press, quality cookware and dinnerware, essential oils, towels, hair dryers, phone chargers, and common toiletries.
For kids: Pack and play, highchair, kids tableware, booster seat, air mattress, games and toys, stroller and wagon.
The driveway is large and you may use the garage. We prefer no street parking.

Pool:
The deep end of the pool is approximately 9 feet deep
For your safety no diving is allowed
There is no lifeguard present
A guardian must be always present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool.
There is a pool fence and pool may be accessed through the gates only.
The pool is open to guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day. After these dates, we can heat the pool to 83-85 degrees Fahrenheit, for an additional fee of $100 per night. We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees.
*We ask that you let us know at least 2 days in advance for the pool to be heated since it takes hours to heat.
This property has a recording doorbell with camera and audio monitoring at the front door and the side entrance door.

Summary: This was the nicest VRBO home we have stayed. Everything you're hoping and expecting will be met and exceeded. Can't say enough about home and outdoor entertainment areas. Plenty of places to gather and talk as a group or individual parties. Bedrooms are comfortable and the master suite!!!. Do yourself a favor and book this place if it's available.

Summary: This beautiful, spacious home was perfect for our family gathering in Tulsa. First of all, the photos do not do it justice. The outdoor space is quite large with lots of chairs and gathering spaces. Due to the November weather we did not utilize this space but the house is wrapped around the pool so it was lovely to look out at the water from most of the rooms. We were impressed with every living space and how comfortable we felt. The management company provided lots of little extras-signs for switches, extra items in case you forgot something, complete coffee set-up, extra blankets everywhere, extra cords for all of the electronics. Our check-in and out was super easy. Would definitely love to stay here again for our next trip-hopefully in warmer weather.

Summary: I needed to find a home in Tulsa where my family could stay for the funeral of my mother. This home was incredible. We had plenty of room for everybody. The outdoor living spaces were perfect when people stopped by after the service. Everything about the house was first class. All the different living areas, the beautiful furniture and decor, plush towels, well appointed kitchen and all the extras. This was by far one of the nicest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Many thanks to the host for letting us stay in their their beautiful home!
