Positive: Warm and helpful staff, specially Giovanni was really professional , welcoming , effective, quick and positive. Made my stay even nicer . Really loved his vibe and energy😊 Hotel has personal approach, letter of welcome written by Giovanni , so nice gesture ( you don’t get it often). Nice shower gel / oud and argan, loved it. Nice boutique served breakfast, with warm and nice lady’s behind the bar. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you UP hotel, will be back
