Summary: Property was obviously new and tbat was very nice. Location was good. Not fully furnished enough and needs a few more things added to make it fully functional - ex: nightstand with lamps, more towels and wash clothes, hangers in closet, more living room seating, etc. Dishwasher was also never hooked in properly and falls out when you put dishes in...a bit of a hazard. Deck chairs would have also been nice.

Summary: Great property! Everything was good. Would be nice to know we needed charcoal for grill in advance. Normally in other places I have stayed, wi-fi password is posted somewhere in rental with other information. Overall was good experience and would rent again!

Summary: Had a great time playing golf for three days with some old friends. The accommodations were perfect and can’t say enough about the Vintage golf course and the people that make it happen.

Summary: Beautiful new home, but we did not feel it was ready for VRBO. We've stayed at many. Old couch and recliner in LR. Almost no kitchen equipment. Kitchen table isn't much more than a card table size. Sheer curtains in bathroom and one bedroom. Beds are more like packaged beds from Amazon and quite low to the ground. A little too firm for everyone in our group of 9 people. Top bunk bed had no railing. Nice sheets. Could use more towels; we washed every day. No dressers or night stands so you live out of your suitcase. Washer and dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher were great. No outside chairs. Garage was spacious. This is not a luxury vacation rental equipped for 12 people. Cannot be in the backyard due to strong septic smell. No games or lawn chairs. I believe this home has well water and there should be a water purifier on the kitchen faucet. Will be a nice place if owners truly furnish it with luxury items. It is more of a hostel right now; just for sleeping. Did not golf. Beware of deer when driving to this out of town location. We hit one on the main road. GPS did take us right to the house. Invest some money into your rental and this will be a lovely home in the future. It met our basic needs, which is why I did not give it a 1 or 2.
