Summary: This property was perfect for our family weekend!! We came down for the first game of the season and the location was ideal. Close to campus, walkable to Autzen & centrally located to restaurants and hikes. The house is renovated but still has all the charm of those older houses (i wanted to move in ). There are two AC window units in the house, one in the main living room and one in the master bedroom upstairs. The house was pretty warm when we first got there but cooled down at night and cooled down quickly for the weekend. They also had fans for the two bedrooms without a window unit that helped keep it cool at night. Leif responded quickly and answered any questions we had. They also accommodated an early check in which was helpful for part of our group that had been camping several days prior. Overall a great stay! We would DEFINITELY stay here again on our next visit to Eugene!!
