Summary: This was our 3rd stay at this condo. We love it! The owner is amazing to work with! Condo is spacious and has everything you could need for a vacation at the lake! We will be back!!

Summary: PROs - the rental is spacious with tall ceilings, crown moulding, and nicely updated bathrooms - particularly the master bath. The king bed and bedding in the master (the only one we used) was very comfortable. The inside of the unit was VERY clean. The boat dock and slip were well-maintained and had several bumpers. The area was extremely quiet and felt quite safe. CONs - only a "starter set" of necessary items was provided - one partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one tiny hotel-size bar of soap in each bathroom, one garbage bag in each of the bathrooms and kitchen, one dishwasher pod and one partial roll of paper towels. The listing needs to be updated to accurately reflect what is provided. (In addition, there was only one hand towel for each bathroom - not enough for a 4 night stay.) The balcony has a nice view but it needs to be cleaned regularly as well - lots of dead bugs and spiderwebs. Finally, when locking the front door you have to pull up on the knob and push the lock button or it isn't really locked in spite of the noises it makes - you'll think the door is locked but it isn't. Overall, it's a very nice place if you bring a boat - especially for the price.

Summary: We booked this condo for a last minute getaway on New Years Eve weekend. It exceeded all our expectations. The owner was very attentive and appreciative. The condo was beautifully decorated, updated and clean. The beds were 5 star quality. We will definitely be back!

Summary: First and foremost, the owner was a pleasure to message. She was quick to respond to our questions and so very helpful. The condo was so much larger and better supplied than most beach condos we have rented. We felt so very much at home. If we ever need a place to stay in the Smith Lake area again, we will definitely use this property.

Summary: I was a little concerned about the property after arriving. The elevator seemed a little sketchy and the outside could use a lot of help. But once you enter the property, it was like you entered into another place. It is updated very well and my wife and I were shocked at how large the place was. Great view from the balcony and the mattress was very comfortable in the master bedroom.

Summary: The condo was beautifully updated. The owners notified us of the elevator being out of order so we were aware of the stairs to the fourth floor ahead of time. They even allowed us an earlier check in to compensate for inconvenience. There was some confusion with the boat slip but the owner did communicate and help as much as possible. We left an item at the condo and we received an Email from her letting us know they found it. I appreciated the fast communication and again the beautiful condo.
