Updated, lakeside with boat slip, bright upstairs corner unit condo on Lake Pend Oreille that is walking distance to downtown Sandpoint and a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain! Enjoy the lake, pool and mountain views from the balcony. Complex offers pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and BBQ pavilions. Just steps to the deep pool for swimming and tanning, and steps to the lake and boat dock for boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.
*Pool operates Memorial Day through Labor Day*
Updated and decorated, the condo offers 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen), loft with a large queen size Room and Board Oxford Pop-Up Sleeper Sofa, downstairs bathroom with shower and upstairs bathroom with tub and shower. Beach towels for 6 provided.
Flat screen Roku TVs in both bedrooms and 1st loft. Stream all your favorite programs and movies by just logging in to your accounts. 2nd loft offers a private workspace.

Summary: 4 of us went to celebrate our friends 25th wedding anniversary. I loved how close we were to the downtown area and pool at the condos. All and all, it was a nice place to stay if you aren't afraid of stairs.

Summary: This was a great stay. Our family had a fantastic time. The location was walking distance to everything we needed to see and do and easy to access. Our kids loved the pool and tennis courts, took full advantage of them both. The condo had lots of room and comfortable beds. Check in and communication was great. We'll definitely be back.

Summary: The condo was perfect for our family. Easy check in and communication. Plenty of space for the teens to spread out. Small but well equipped kitchen. Great views overlooking the lake from the windows. Very convenient to town for shopping and dining.

Summary: Anyone who is not proficient on stairs should take care. The condo needs a thorough cleaning, as the sun showed up old cobwebs hanging on the porch rails and dirty screen and windows which interfered with the lake view. The bed was clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms. The location is within comfortable walking distance of town.

Summary: We spent time in both Sandpoint and Coeur d Alene and they are different. If you really want to get away, Sandpoint is your place. If you want a small town feel, CD'A is it.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space spread over 3 floors. Right by the deep pool and the lake for easy access to water. Kitchen had everything you need to do your own cooking. Conveniently located to highway and downtown. Only negatives were the closeness of the train tracks and highway for outside noise if windows open and the upstairs bedroom you could hear the neighbours pretty clear. Also, the main living area only room for the couch. But overall quite happy with the unit.
