This historical Victorian cottage was recently purchased and has has undergone major renovations. Brand new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Two brand new full bathrooms. New stackable washer/dryer. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Off street parking, screened side porch and open second level porches off master bedroom and front bedroom. Currently master bedroom has a king bed, two queen guest rooms, and one guest room with bunk beds and twin bed.
First level has family room, new eat in kitchen with walk out deck and table for outdoor dining, washer/dryer, new full bath with shower, spacious dining room, large screened porch of the dining room and front unscreened porch.
Upstairs has a brand new full bathroom with tub/shower and four bedrooms with upstairs porch.

Summary: Fox River was perfect! The house was great for our family. It was very clean and had great amenities. The kitchen has a great island for gathering while preparing meals. Also it is in a great location, close to the water, the Guzzle, and the Wellesley hotel. The host was very responsive and helpful, but to be honest we did not needs anything. The host reached out in the first day to make sure we got settled and had no issues. We have already looked at booking for next year!! It was a great place.

Summary: River Fox has a great location in TI Park and the owners were very helpful/responsive whenever needed (which wasn’t often). Emily has a very detailed information guide to help with arrival/departure questions, which helped make it all seamless. The kitchen was well equipped and the house is just charming! The pictures and listing were all represented exactly as is and it was a great trip. Hope to be back again next summer!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the River Fox. House was as described. Master bedroom very comfortable. Kids loved the bunk room. The screened in porch was charming and we loved spending evenings there. Overall it was a delight!

Summary: Our family so enjoyed our stay - we walked to the end of the street every night to watch the sunset, the kids loved the playground and dock and we had many hours on the porch. Location is ideal (walking/biking distance to everything). House is beautiful and charming but old so hard to clean windows/screens/floors. The updated bathrooms and kitchen are really nice and having a new washer/dryer was a huge plus.

Summary: The cottage was spacious and was able to accommodate 8 of us comfortably. It was like stepping back in time with the laid back feel! Open doors, fresh air and the beautiful sunsets! I would recommend anyone wanting to get away from the daily grind to come here and enjoy your family.

Summary: Short walk to the village and the river. Kitchen and 2 baths nicely updated. Kitchen was very well equipped. The beds and linens are super comfy. Adorable upstairs porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Lovely old cottage with many updates. The added bathroom upstairs is a real plus. All new kitchen. The screened in porch is the jewel of the cottage and where we spent most of our time. The owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
