Summary: The house has a nice balance of old charm and modern updates. Steep stairs to the second floor mark the house's age, but modern bathrooms and a dishwasher in the kitchen bring it into the 21st century. The yard was beautifully manicured, and the neighborhood was quiet. Tall hedges along the property boundary offered privacy but created a challenge in leaving the driveway to access the street. This house added to a delightful stay in Wake Forest.

Summary: This was a very comfortable home with updated touches throughout. Everything you need. Easy walk into downtown, shops, restaurants and a brewery. Nice backyard with a fire pit and seating area.
