Summary: Our family stayed here in June for our first vacation together. The house provided for all our needs.. We appreciated the historic nature of the home as well as the updates. It is surprisingly roomy for an older home., and was very clean. The location was good for accessing all that Newport has to offer, and Stephanie was always available, pleasant and helpful.

Summary: I couldn’t imagine that this house was more beautiful than the photos, yet it was. The host was wonderful and the house was perfection. The location was the perfect proximity to beaches and downtown. The home was tidy, had all the essentials and accommodations were comfortable and beautiful. I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
