Summary: Awesome house but it's a 10 minute walk to the beach not 2 blocks so bring a wagon. They do have chairs and 2 wagons but we brought our own so we don't try them. The rest of the house is awesome. The kids love the ping pong table and comfortably fit 8 of us.

Summary: House was great. The information said it was 2 blocks from the beach but more like 1/2 mile. Lots of room for several families and the ping pong table was a big hit.

Summary: This house was really cute and well kept and decorated. We felt safe in the neighborhood despite being in Gary, IN. There was ample parking space for our group (5 cars, though you could probably fit 6 or 7). We had 8 guests and felt that this house could comfortably sleep 10. Great table space for meal times (easily fit 8 people at the big table). Nice patio with comfy furniture. We did not end using the fire pit but were happy that we had the option to. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, baking sheets, serving platters, as well as silverware, cups, bowls, and plates. Bathrooms stocked with towels, toilet paper, soaps, and even a hair dryer. Our group chose to go to the National Park for beach day which was only 11 minutes away (the National Park does have a fee). It is obvious that the hosts care about this house. I would definitely stay here again!
