Summary: This place was just right for 6 adults and a dog. Spacious rooms and open common area that was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had the basics and we were warm with the heating system. We enjoyed walking to Clyde’s coffee shop every morning too. We would stay here again.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family ski trip. Each room had comfortable king size beds plenty of room for storage and the house was extremely clean. The kitchen table is a little small for a large group.

Summary: beautiful house. 4 big sized bedrooms. decent sized livingroom. kitchen big enough for 2 cooks, 3 would be too many. we brought our dog with us. with the enclosed backyard, she was able to roam without care. all the bedrooms were filled with fresh clean white towels folded decoratively to remind us instantly we're on vacay, plenty of tissue rolls and bath toiletries. the beds were king sized and super lush and comfy. the kitchen has all the neccessities to cook and be merry from pots and pans to salt and pepper and everythjng else in between. it even had a bottle of soy sauce! very nice touch 😊. the only reason why i gave 4 stars instead of 5 are: - the floors were so dirty that we had to wear socks to walk around. we made the mistake of walking barefoot on the 1st day and our feet were blackened. not a big deal. just wished we had known so we could've brought house slippers. - no window coverings in the living areas, entry way, kitchen, so zero privacy. also made it difficult to watch tv because of glare from the sun. bedroom windows did have some curtains but the panels were not wide enough to cover entire window. made it difficult to sleep-in with morning sun in the eyes. both cons listed above are super easy fixes. with 1 phonecall to maintenance crew, i bet these will be non-issues by the time next family arrives.

Summary: Had a great time with my family in the house. Lots of space for all of us dog and toddler included. House was very clean and well appointed. Bring flashlight for back yard, not enough light at night. Be mindful of the back yard not being completely enclosed. We were able to solve with some items that were in the backyard, so it ended up being okay. Location was great! So close to yummy food, grocery and Stateline. Great trail access at the end of the street!

Summary: I understand that this is a new rental so here are my thoughts. The whole house was very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely done and very spacious. One thing I would change are the mattresses. They are extremely low, and felt like a boxspring with a topper, however the kids said they were fine. There is no air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans in every room. We had 5 people and the living room was small, the couch was stiff and you couldn’t spread out. There is only one TV in the house. The kitchen was nicely done, appliances were good. They provided plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans and utensils. Little things like a potato peeler and spices are not provided. The back yard has an outside eating area that is convenient and comfortable, and the bar-b-q worked fine. The backyard is big, but not well kept. The front porch is a little unstable and needs to be redone. The drive way is also in need of repairs. Overall we had a great time. The location is within a short distance to everything. I would say it was a good value for the price we paid and would rent it again!!
