Summary: This house was a perfect Christmas getaway for my wife and me, our daughter who lives a couple hours away and our son who flew in from Raleigh. It is wooded and quiet yet just a 45 minute drive into Denver. The house had everything we needed. It was fun to watch the deer outside and we even saw a bobcat! Dennis answered messages within minutes and was very easy to work with. It didn't take long to feel at home. Downtown Evergreen is close and has lots of shops and restaurants. We would recommend this place for rest and relaxation after checking out Denver and nearby towns.

Summary: Place was great but no phone service and Internet was very weak. Could not watch television or connect to work when necessary. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Area is beautiful!

Summary: Dennis was an amazing host, always available and helpful. The house was spotless, quiet, and perfectly located for wildlife viewing. We especially appreciated being able to check in early, thanks to Dennis's flexibility. The amenities were great and enjoyed the wrap around porch and grilling out. The minor issue was a non-functional dryer. However, Dennis was quick to respond and tried to fix it, which we appreciated but was unsuccessful. Despite this small hiccup, we highly recommend this rental.

Summary: We were three friends in need of some nature and relaxation. This place did not disappoint. The view is lovely and hearing the trees in the wind, seeing the squirrels chase and play, and the deer eating right beside the house was a blessing for sure! I'd stay again. Really quick communication with the host. A+

Summary: Dennis was very easy to communicate with. The house was remote, up crazy/fun twisted turning roads. But a very beautiful property, completely remodel and sparkling clean inside, and fully stock! Very quiet neighborhood. If you do have problems with stairs this home maybe a challenge. I highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Summary: We arrived to town early and Dennis allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated. The house was clean and cozy, and very well-stocked. We enjoyed the various outdoor lounge areas and beautiful views. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property, Dennis!
