Escape to Cedar Creek Lake and spend time with your family in this home away from home lakehouse in the popular Enchanted Oaks neighborhood. Located on the open water, with a fenced in backyard that does not obstruct your view and helps a mom relax when the kids are playing in the yard. The oversized back deck also has a fence around it keeping kids contained if need be.
The open concept floor plan is perfect for gathering your family for fun, food and games after a day on the lake, offering two dining room areas to eat inside or a large table outside. The outdoor kitchen has everything a chef could want with a Green Egg and Grill for lake view cooking. The inside kitchen has everything you will need for a large family. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, and silverware
- Appliances include microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator w/ freezer, washer and dryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, air fryer.
The house also has five bedrooms, four with king size beds with ceiling fans and a big bunkroom for all the kids to enjoy!!
As wonderful as this home is, you will love sitting on the oversized back deck or on top of the private boat dock watching the sunset. We have fans hung on the back porch to help circulate the air when the summer heat continues to climb.
Take advantage of the upper deck for sunbathing and the main level for fishing, swimming and relaxing. The entire house is private and to yourself. The boat and boat lifts are private property, not to be used.
You are more than welcome to bring your boat and tie it off to the dock during your stay!
Our home is very precious to our family, and holds such a huge part of our hearts. Many cherished memories are tied to the laughs on the backporch, playing on the water mat, football games, and cornhole played in the yard. We hope and pray with every family that comes they will remember the amazing times they had at our Lakehouse.

Summary: The house is nice with all the amenities you could ask for in a lake house. The host is friendly and good with communication. Will stay here again next time we want to visit Mabank.

Summary: This property was amazing! We were down on the lake to do some fishing and this property met all of our needs! the back patio and backyard were a wonderful place to spend the late afternoons and evenings. The east facing back windows allowed the sunrise to welcome us with its glow. Ashley was prompt and communicative and allowed us to get in early which was a treat! The home is spacious and would be great for larger groups with kids! We loved our time here!

Summary: Very clean and well set up. Beautiful property and lake view was amazing. Beds were a little high for geriatric guests (bring a stepstool) but a minor issue when everything else was perfect.

Summary: This house was perfect. From the moment we arrived we loved it. Our grandkids loved the bunkroom. The 4 bedrooms were very nice. Beds were all nice & comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. We all enjoyed the big back porch overlooking the yard & boat dock. Our grandsons had a blast fishing off the dock. They even caught several catfish. They were pumped. We brought some outside toys to play with but there’s a whole shed full of fun stuff to use. None of our family was ready to leave. From my 88 yr old mom to our 6 yr old grands. Everyone of us enjoyed the house. Ashley was the best hostess. She answered any questions we had promptly. We’ve stayed in quite a few houses but this one is by far our favorite. We will definitely go back again!!

Summary: The place was amazing, clean and set up with everything we needed. There were bad storms which created power outage twice during our stay, but that happened to everyone. Our grandkids had an amazing time on the floating pad. The area was so great for swimming for the kids. The outdoor porch was so nice to hang out with family. There were multiple fans for air flow in our Texas heat. The kids loved the bunkroom and getting to have their own area. It was nice having a golf cart for my daughter-in-law to take the kids up to the community pool to swim. The owner Ashley was amazing at helping in any way she could and was always quick to respond. Looking forward to going back again.

Summary: The house was just what we needed - clean and comfortable with a wonderful covered outdoor patio / deck. The host went way beyond the norm to make our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this lake house.

Summary: This house was PERFECT for our small troop and moms! The girls had a blast playing in the water and kayaking, grilling their own burgers in the amazing outside kitchen, and a fun movie night in the bunk room. We loved our stay here, and the girls are already planning to come back next year!

Summary: I cannot say enough about this property and the management. We not only relaxed in very clean, comfortable, and beautiful surroundings, but this property also comes with family friendly activities! There are outdoor games, golf carting, canoeing, swimming. All of it is lakeside with a gate allowing children to play safely. Beds for everyone. Cooking equipment galore. We enjoyed the Bible Book Series available for reading. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The house is beautifully situated on Cedar Creek Lake. There was a great porch to sit and look out at the lake as we ate dinner, and a double decker dock to take in full views of the lake. There was a alo a fenced yard for the kids to play in safely, and a golf cart we could use to drive Enchanted Oaks. We loved it. The kids loves it. We recommend it to others! Regards, David
