Summary: This is the perfect place for 3 couples or a family. The setting is spectacular and the house is perfect. Well equipped with everything you need, very modern on the inside - nicely done. If you like to fish, this is the place! Even if you don’t fish, this is the place!

Summary: Perfect property, perfect location. Hosts were accommodating and helped us with one issue WE encountered with our travel arrangements. Excellently equipped kitchen. Trout fishing right out the back door and loved the 5 minute walk to a river rafting company. On a scale of 10, I give this property and our host an 11.

Summary: Fantastic house right on the river. Great location for both Buena Vista and Salida. If you like hiking, this house is less than 20 minutes to some beautiful hiking in the Mt Princeton area. The deck was to relax and wave to passing rafters. Would definitely stay there again when I’m back in area.
