Summary: The property was lovely, very clean, well-located and perfect for two couples traveling together. It’s within walking distance of a beautiful beach and shopping/restaurants.

Summary: The home was decorated very beautifully with a tasteful beach theme. An open concept between the kitchen, living and dining room made it easy for us to all fit in one space (8 of us). The kitchen was well stocked and the only issue we ran into was the dishwasher. The door can't be fully opened to load because the door hits the fridge. The bunkroom was comfortable for the 2 teens and 2 tweens. The 2 masters were spacious with beautiful ensuite bathrooms. One thing that should be noted for this property is that the 2nd master is only accessable through the back patio. It wasn't an isssue for us as we had older children but I could see it posing an issue for families with smaller kids. The second master outside also doesn't cool very well but there was a fan in the laundry room that we used to circulate the air better. The pool was nice for the younger kids and the backyard had a lot of seating with an umbrella for some shade. The golfcart would have been a nice amentity but was unusable during our stay. Fara was more than helpful in setting up chair and umbrella rental so we didn't have to haul our beach equipment. In all, I would definitely rent this property again. It was a wonderful place for our first Destin experience!

Summary: We had four adults and 2 babies on our trip and we were very glad to have found a house with a private pool. The house was as advertised, clean, and fully stocked and furnished. Lot's of bath and beach towels. There was a pack and play and baby stroller in the laundry room. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach which we made everyday with a wagon full of kids and beach stuff and it wasn't bad at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property is just as described. Probably would recommend a golf cart if someone in your party is limited physically as it is about 0.3 mile from beach access. It is close to shopping, grocery and restaurants. But again I would still recommend golf cart to access all these amenities. Pool was nice and Fara was terrific to work with. Highly recommend!

Summary: We surprised our mom with a trip to Destin for her 60th birthday and we had 3 different families to. This place could not have been more perfect!! The design of the house was beautiful! You felt like you were on vacation every time you stepped in the door. The amenities that were there were perfect (can you say, thank you for a coffee maker!?!?) We loved how close we were to the beach (a short 3 block walk or wagon ride for the Littles) but that we had a pool right outside the back door if we wanted to just stay in. The bedrooms were perfect for us! Mom stayed with the 3 boys in the bunk room and my brother and his wife had the master in the main part of the house and my husband and I had the master that’s accessible in the back. (The second master is accessible once you step out the back door - it’s key padded and secure). It worked PERFECT for us!! Finally, we did travel with a 10mo old and this property was perfect! It had a high chair, pack and play and stroller on site so my brother didn’t have to bring one! Fara was exceptional to work with a super responsive! Thanks for making our stay so memorable!!! P.S. - Stop looking and book this place!

Summary: My family really enjoyed this house. We've come to Destin every year for about 5 years and the private pool made this location our favorite thus far. It is a close walk to the beach and the house was stocked with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Was great for a long weekend stay! One of the more updated condos in the building. Had everything we needed. Within walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, and grocery store. Extra perk…the parking deck goes up to the floor the condo is on so loading/unloading was a breeze!
