Summary: Wonderful home. This is the perfect home for a family or two. Location is great. House is great. Dock and water is great. We brought our 20 foot Mako, the boat ramp is literally across the street. The canal is deep even at low tide, narrow but deep. The river is a beautiful ride. Will stay here again for sure.

Summary: I think this house was cute and worked for our family trip but there are a few things that would have improved our stay. The house is about 30 min from Crystal River and our boat rental was 45 min away. Not a huge deal but next time I think we would prefer to be closer. The house could use some new cooking utensils, additional bar glasses, and a thorough dusting. My son has terrible allergies and the dust was 1/2 inch thick on the blinds and artwork located in the twin bedroom. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens. The back lanai and dock is a pretty neat set up and the commercial ice maker was a huge bonus. We loved the den with the leather sofa and tv. The kitchen is spacious and was great for my brother who loves to cook. The landscape and the home is well decorated and welcoming. There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is quiet. The marina across the street gave us some free shrimp for the kids to fish and they were incredibly friendly. I do wish the AC could have been a little cooler than what was allowed, at night it got pretty hot. Overall, a cute house with tons of space just outside of Crystal river. Property manager was excellent at communication. Thank you

Summary: The home had everything we needed and wanted. Beautiful area also. The Blackwater restaurant was excellent, seafood was fresh off the boat. If you want to cook your own seafood visit Brooks Dockside seafood in inglis. We were able to pick our fish right off the boat, best red snapper ever. Will hopefully return in the winter to see the manatees.

Summary: Perfect home for my friends and I to come together for a few days of rest and relaxation after not being together for a couple of years because of the pandemic. The house is comfortable and easy to get in and out as it is all on one level. We enjoyed coffee and conversation for hours out on the screened in porch at the water’s edge and movies each night in the comfortable den! Would certainly stay here again!

Summary: Awesome and definitely would rent this home again. Cleanliness was a PLUS. Size and Comfort a PLUS. Peaceful neighborhood a PLUS. AND PLUS, close to things we enjoyed, tubing and a fun boat ride at Birds Underwater. The Lanai was awesome, we enjoyed sitting out at the table, we think we saw a Dolphin, it was something big! Awesome ice machine. We did find a small grill but did not use it. We cook BK each morning, dinner on night. The kitchen is Great, lots of room and the Keurig Coffee maker is the BEST. Nice set of dishes. ONLY negative is, yes plenty of pots and pans BUT the renter's have abused them. The frying pans have been Burnt, we tried to clean them the best we could. Also, is there hard water? The posts pans had a white stain that would not come off. We tried another brand of Dishwasher tabs, but didn't seem to help. ONLY 2 wine glasses and 2 Margarita glasses, available. Maybe time to clean rugs or replace? Picture shows white chairs around table, the now have covers over them. These are very minor things, would not keep me from renting this home. I just wanted to give a little update, for your expectations. YES, I would rent again and when I ever return to the area, I would check availability. Also the Marina, right across the Street and BlackWater Restaurant , probably a block or 2 away. ( With one of those glasses of wine, I was enjoying and watching TV in Bed, I fell asleep and of course, I spilled wine on the bed. I sincerely apologize for that.) Thanks again, for a wonderful Birthday weekend with family.

Summary: A friend and I just spent 4 days fishing the area. It was our second time staying in the home and won’t be out last. The home is location is perfect and is well stocked. The Marina and boat ramp is directly across the street.
