Summary: Excellent location. Beautiful neighbourhood. Clean and plenty of room. Wifi was poor and would be nice to have outdoor seating to enjoy the patio.

Summary: We loved the vintage cottage! Just perfect for three women. I would rent it again - close to downtown, great house, convenient, etc. My only recommendations: identify the "lip" somehow in the basement doorway/threshold. I stubbed my toe HARD on that going into that bathroom for the first time and didn't notice it. Maybe some way to point it out? And the shower curtain in the main level bathroom (the inner liner) could use replacing - it's rusty looking on the bottom. Other than those things, awesome stay! Thanks much!

Summary: We have stayed here before. This time we had reservations for Christmastime. Due to the weather, we decided to come to Sioux Falls a couple of days early. Our hosts were very accommodating with our last minute request to add a couple of days and we had no problem getting in early. Greatly appreciated!

Summary: We had a great stay for a wedding weekend and really enjoyed having a home to come back to in between our events. We should have brought coffee grounds (brought k-pods whoops) but that was minor as there are plenty of places to grab a coffee in the area! Would stay again or recommend to anyone!
