Golf cart rental is available at close by The Villages Golf Cars / Lake Sumter Landing Gordon's Garage - recommended reserving online. This home features 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and an ample starter supply of soaps, shampoo & conditioner and essentials necessities. Tile and mfr wood floors throughout with the exception of one guest bedroom and master closet floor. Kitchen boasts barely used stainless appliances and is fully equip with plates, flatware, stemware, pots & pans and other cooking utensils. Included high efficiency washer and dryer. Other amenities include WiFi, central heat & A/C and air-conditioned screened lanai. Front patio included comfy chairs to enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise or an evening cocktail! Summary: This house is in a perfect location! Close to many Villages with Sumter Landing being the closest! The house is in a pretty neighborhood and the pool is right around the corner! We stayed in this house for two weeks and never had a problem! House is clean and comfortable! The owner was very responsive when l texted him and answered back quickly!
