3 Bedroom Apartment in Boyds

Brand new private entry lower level apartment with 3 huge bedrooms in a big family house. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is close to everything.
This apartment is available by the day week or month to vacationing families, business travelers, and everyone in between. Perfect for traveling interns to local work areas (Hospitals, Government Agencies (NIST, Department of Energy), various companies across DC/Rockville/ Frederick).
The house is close to the new Clarksburg Outlets, SoccerPlex, hiking/jogging/walking trails
The apartment is comfortably furnished, spacious and bright place to stay. Each bedroom has a queen beds night stand, full closet, and basic ammenities such as linens. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, full size refrigerator, oven/cooktop and dishwasher and includeds all the cookware you should need.
The living room has a queen size sofabed, a smart TV with a full line up of Direct TV lineup. Secure Wifi is also included and will be able to log on as soon as you check-in.
You will have your own washer and dryer. There is also a desk in case travelers want to work/study/plan while staying with us. A full bathroom is there with lots of space.
Essentials such as full size towels, small washclothes, body wash, mouth wash, toothpaste, lotion and other essentials are included during your stay if needed. Also extras of anything (lighbulbs, papertowels, tissues, water) are all available during your stay.
This will be your own private space while you are here. My family and I are right upstairs and available to you anytime , to help with any questions or issues.
I am always a quick phone call or text away.
There is convenient parking right outside your private entrance .
****ABOUT THE AREA****
Boyds is a newly developed community that borders Germantown and Clarkesburg, minutes from Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Poolesville. Less than 25 miles to our Nation's Capital, it is also within a driving distance to Gettysburg, Annapolis, Baltimore, and Alexandria connected via I-270, I-495, and I-70.
The house is in front of the Germantown Soccerplex- with an array of activities such as hiking (Hoyles Mill Trail), walking, biking, soccer, tennis, swimming, and jogging. Other attraction include Black Hill Regional Park, and most notably Little Seneca Lake, and Seneca Creek State Park in Gaitherburg are all a driving distance. There are a few parks for kids to play in the neighborhood, including one across the street.
Shopping areas include the new Clarkesburg Outlets, Lakeforest Mall, various grocery stores (Giant, Shoppers, Safeway, CVS, Walgreen, 7-11, Costco, Target and Walmart within a 7 minute drive).
Coffee shops such a Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, are also a few minutes away.
Extremely safe neighborhood for anytype of getaway- work related, family vacation, or holiday getaway. There is everything for the nature lovers, family friendly areas, working people, young people visiting the area, or older people who want a quiet relaxing area to visit.
There's two buses that stop in front of the house that connect you to Shady Grove Metro station (15 min drive), which connects you to DC. There is also a MARC commuter train (5 mins), Bruneswick Line, that connects to Martinsburg, WV, and Union Station in Washington, DC and in between (Rockville, Gaitherburg, Silver Spring, Frederick). The MARC and Metro intersect at Rockville and Union Station.

Summary: Emilie made every effort to keep things quiet day and night as we weren’t able to get out and about as normal. She communicated well and understood our needs. The beds were comfortable and the appliances worked well. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. Closeness to grocery stores, etc was a plus. We would stay again.

Summary: We had to leave our home for a few weeks due to a water pipe breakage. Emilie was very kind in setting up our stay and the space worked well for our family. There are some great playgrounds for kids not far from the house. The only note I would make is that there was a little noise from the family upstairs (we knew this was a basement appartment going in). You can also expect to not have HVAC controls of your own, though the appartment was generally comfortable.

Summary: Emilie was a cordial, attentive host during our stay. Any little item we needed addressed, she was on it. Adequate room for up to 6 people. Full kitchen. Only one full bathroom, but we made it work.

Summary: The apartment was clean, had plenty of space, and contained everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Emilie was easily available if needed, and very responsive. Check-in and check-out was easy. We appreciated the attention and care Emilie put into making the stay comfortable.
