Summary: This is the third year that we've stayed at the property for 4 weeks. It is well located with easy access to everything that downtown TC offers. The condo is quiet, clean and well appointed with a secure garage for parking one car. We'll be back next year.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this property for over a month. It is well located just outside the traffic congestion yet near all the restaurants and downtown activities. The condo is well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend this property and will stay here next year when we are in town for the horse show.

Summary: On this trip we just stayed a few days, but after we settled in, we were able to walk to Breakfast, lunch or dinner, (or cook a nice meal in) go shopping or take a scenic walk along the bay. All without driving anywhere!! Beautiful home and great location.

Summary: This property was impeccable. The kitchen was so gorgeous, I wish I had come to cook but this two night stay was also walking distance to all the great restaurants in Traverse City so -- sorry kitchen! Maybe next time. If you stay here though, make sure you have really great knees. Long steep stairs up from the garage and again up to bedrooms.
