Summary: The address given on Vrbo is wrong and when Charles gave me the check in process he did not give me the right address. After an hour of traveling around another apartment complex looking for this apartment we went to the lease office for help. Apparently this is not the first time, because they new right were to send me and they knew his name. Other than that the apartment was everything it was listed as. Very clean and comfortable. If the check in process didn’t cost me an hour and a half to figure out this would be a five star review all day long.

Summary: Property was not the property I had booked. There was no access in and out of the property freely every time I wanted in I had to hope someone would open the door. There was no quiet enjoyment every time you left you had to bring you most valuable things because you didn’t know if you would get back in

Summary: The bathroom floor and mats didn’t seem clean. It was difficult to get the address ahead and proper instructions for site. We spent an hour trying to find late at night.

Summary: The place was very cozy and comfortable although the kitchen was poorly equipped. Everything was overall nice. The check in process was difficult due to an incorrect address given by vrbo and an incorrect phone number. But we found it eventually.

Summary: It was beautiful and felt just like home. Extremely clean and great communication. Loved the quiet and safe environment while traveling with my child. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Austin!
