Summary: Home was immaculate. Everything we needed was there .. Mucho amenities everyone had plenty of space I would just recommend changing the fifth bedroom pullout couch that was not usable but knowing the homeowner I'm sure she's on it. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Summary: Our group was all age 30 and older, and the property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and people were friendly, the views are spectacular, and it is conveniently located close to Coastal Highway and a number of restaurants. My mother-in-law spent most of the week watching the bay from the enclosed patio while our dogs enjoyed walking around the area. The kitchen is well stocked and even has some speciality appliances such as a griddle and rice cooker. The top floor felt like a separate unit and gave me a place to work remotely while everyone else had a good time downstairs.
