Summary: Dare (the host) was very hospitable & communicative. They made sure my visit was very comfortable. The surrounding is very quiet. I was flown into town & decided upon this rental. For posterity - for individuals with (heavy) luggage, possibly leg troubles, &/or taller individuals - you will have to walk up/down some stairs to (what appears to me) a well-renovated basement. The stair corridor is somewhat cramp. The walls & ceiling are also very thin. There was some construction/renovations happening above me, & it disturbed my stay a bit. Pertaining to parking, I had to park on the side of the small driveway so as to not impede the host from coming & going themselves - a slight inconvenience, but a workaround. Overall, it was a good stay! ✨
